At Poshan Co., every product is prepared, packed, and quality-checked with care to ensure it reaches you in the best condition possible.
Due to the nature of food and consumable products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered.
However, if your order arrives:
- damaged,
- defective,
- tampered with,
- or affected during transit,
please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- your order number,
- clear photos/videos of the product,
- and packaging images.
After reviewing the issue, our team will provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit where applicable.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not offer returns or refunds for:
- taste preferences,
- change of mind,
- incorrect address provided by customer,
- delayed deliveries caused by courier partners,
- or opened/used products.
