Refund policy

At POSHAN Co, we take utmost care in ensuring that every product delivered is fresh, सुरक्षित, and of the highest quality.

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.


Damaged or Defective Products

We only offer refunds or replacements under the following condition:

👉 If the product is damaged, defective, or tampered with at the time of delivery

If you receive a damaged product:

  1. You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Share clear photos/videos of:
    • The damaged product
    • Packaging condition

    Refund Process

    • Once verified, we will:
      • Offer a replacement OR
      • Issue a full refund to your original payment method
    • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

    Important Notes

    • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted
    • Minor variations in texture, taste, or appearance are natural in food products and do not qualify for refunds
    • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch
